Please join us for the AFSS-North quarterly meeting/training on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 hosted by the Alameda County Fire Department.

This quarter, we will be diving into training on Active Shooter and Office Safety.

Please attend in your casual Friday attire with your department polo/T-shirt.

Please note the schedule outlined below, as it differs from the past practice:

Schedule of Events: 

8:30-9:30 - General Business/Membership Meeting

9:45-10:00 - Welcoming remarks/Member Introductions/Ice Breaker

10:00-12:00 - Training Session #1 - Active Shooter

12:00-1:30 - Lunch / Raffle & Networking

1:30-3:30 - Training Session #2 - CANVA Workshop 

3:30-4:00 - Committee Break-out Meetings

A Zoom link will be provided, however, due to the nature of this training, there may be elements that are unavailable to Zoom participants. Those planning to participate via Zoom are still required to register and pay the fee.
